COUNSELLING & PSYCHOTHERAPY WITH ME
I offer the following different therapeutic time frames. The length and frequency of therapy depends on the presenting issues and will be discussed at our first meeting.
STARTING THERAPY:
Finding the right therapist is very important. Our first meeting will be the opportunity for us to meet and see how comfortable you are, give you the opportunity to tell me what you are seeking and for us both to discuss the best possible way to achieve this. Nothing is set in stone and we’ll be able to review the work as it unfolds, including duration and frequency of sessions.
I aim to be alongside you in your therapeutic endeavour, providing a safe, supportive and confidential space to explore things in a non-judgemental way.
ENDING THERAPY:
Therapy may be terminated at any time by mutual agreement. Good endings are very important and will require a number of sessions (2-4) which will be based on the length of therapy and the presenting issues.
