If you are reading this then you may be considering psychotherapy or counselling.
It can feel like a big step to take, but talking to someone about things that may be bothering you can help bring some clarity to what may be troubling you. It will help you understand the underlying reasons why and how you do things in a certain way, understand yourself better and tap into personal resources you may not be aware you have.
It may lessen your fears, ease your pain and help you feel more in charge of aspects of your life. Therapeutic work may improve your day to day life and how you experience your relationships. This process will free you up for the possibility of long-lasting positive change.
I hold face to face sessions (weekly or twice weekly) at my Central London practice (Fleet Street) or at my South London practice near Streatham Common as well as Skype / Zoom and telephone sessions. I have some availability to provide supervision sessions in organisations or counselling sessions in schools.
Sessions in client’s own home can be arranged in exceptional circumstances or when a client’s health warrants it.
